Refund & Cancellation Policy – Viva-Website

To place a refund, return, or exchange request for an order placed with Viva-Website, you can contact us via email at support@viva-website.com or through your Viva-Website client area.
Please have your order number available and provide a reason for your request in order to speed up the refund process. Your request will be reviewed within 2 business days and we will notify you via email of the results.
Refund, returns, or exchanges requests are accepted up to 30 days from the date of placing the order with Viva-Website. Viva-Website may grant extensions to this period for special cases and products at its discretion.
If you choose to pay by bank transfer or check, you may cancel your order before making the payment. In case the payment is not received within 30 days, Viva-Website will automatically cancel your order.
You may also submit a request to cancel your order on the same day the order was placed. Please note that if the order has already been delivered (such as website setup, hosting activation, or domain registration), we will not be able to approve the cancellation request.
Some services or products may have special conditions for returns as described in the order or product materials delivered (“Product terms”), so please read them carefully before making a request with Viva-Website. In case of any misunderstanding between Viva-Website’s Refund Policy and the Product Terms, this Refund Policy will prevail.
Please note that setup fees, domain registration costs, and other third-party fees are non-refundable, except in cases of Viva-Website error.
If the refund request is granted by Viva-Website, payments are refunded as follows:
- Credit / Debit Card payments: refunded within 1–3 business days.
- Bank Transfer and check payments: refunded within 7 business days (transfer costs are the responsibility of the customer).
- PayPal payments: refunded within 1–3 business days.
- Other payment methods: refunded within 5–7 business days.
If applicable, Viva-Website reserves the right to hold the refund payment until we receive a completed confirmation of service cancellation signed by you.
